Returns & Cancel Order

  • All return and exchange please go to Return Center located at our website footer menu to submit a request. We will process your request ASAP.
  • Return and exchange can be accepted within 10 days of the order date, excluding Final Sale / Clearance / Intimates items.
  • Please ship out your return/exchange item within 7 days after your request have been approved.
  • For orders contain Pre-order items, for any return and exchange services please contact customer service via marvouswear@gmail.com directly, we will manually help you process your request. Pre-order items can be requested return or exchange within 7 days of the shipment date.
  • Exchanges are free, we will ship out the exchanged products as soon as we receive the returns. We offer one free shipping labels for exchange of products. Only size & color will be eligible for exchange. Exchange items are not returnable.
  • Returned items must be unused, non-wash, in the condition you received them, and in original packaging, including the protective plastic cover, garment bags, and all tags still attached. We will not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, stained or scented. Returns that do not meet our return policy requirements will not be eligible for resale, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Blurc International Inc reserves the right to refuse any compromised items affected by the individual factors mentioned above. In some cases, we might charge a cleaning/restocking fee.
  • Please make sure to enclose the packing slip or the order confirmation in the package. 
  • You will be responsible for shipping expense for returning item, or you can choose to use our flat fee discount label.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days to see it reflected on your account. 
  • Shipping fee is not refundable.  
  • Made-to-Order, back order items and items marked, "Special Offer" are NOT eligible for returns.
  • ALL Clearance items are final sale. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. Any clearance items that are sent back to us will NOT be refunded.
  • Any gift or "FREE" items, if after the intended return, are no longer eligible for such promotion, must be returned together.
  • Your full refund will be processed immediately upon receiving your return. 

Customer can request a cancellation on the order before warehouse starts processing the order. We can not provide the cancellation once the order has been fulfilled. All Cancel requests please process through Return Center, located at our website footer menu "Return & Cancel" to submit a request. Customer will receive an Email to notify the request is approved (not start process) or rejected (order is processing.)

Shipping

  • We offer FREE shipping on orders over $99 within the US (excluded Alaska and Hawaii.) Standard shipping fees for domestic orders is $9.99 per purchase; 
  • FREE shipping to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii on orders over $199. Standard shipping fee is $19.99 per order;
  • FREE shipping to Australia on orders over $349, standard shipping fee is $39.99 per order.
  • In most cases, orders that ship for free will ship within business days after receiving payment of the order. It usually takes 1-3 business days to arrive at the shipping address, once shipped, depending on the delivery location.
  • We will ship priority shipping (reward program members and VIP members) orders first.
  • Please check the expected ship date when purchasing items that are pre-order, in the product description section. Please note: some items may ship separate due to product availability. 
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to the E-Mail or phone number provided once your order ships.
  • If by the customer's mistake, such as an insufficient address, customer's address cannot be accessed, the package cannot be delivered and is returned back to the sender, MARVOUS WEAR reserves the right to charge the shipping fees before refunding the rest of the purchase price or attempting to redeliver.

 

If the tracking information shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your package, please take the following steps in locating your package:

  • Verify your shipping address.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  • Look around the delivery location for your package.
  • See if someone else accepted the package on your behalf.
  • If the package shows "Delivered to Front Door/Mailbox" of the shipping address, the customer may be responsible to locate the package. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance in locating your package.
  • If the package is not deliverable because the customer provided an incomplete or wrong address, (Ex: Missing Apt #) MARVOUS WEAR will refund the purchase price when the package is returned by the carrier. Or customers can choose to have the package redelivered with a corrected and complete address.

In most cases, orders that ship for free will ship within 2-4 business days after receiving payment of the order, excluding Pre-Order items. It usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive at the shipping address (domestic), once shipped, depending on the delivery location.
